Delete your Saypoint account
In the app
Open Saypoint and go to Options › Account › Delete my account.
Without the app
Email support@sparcpoint.com from the Google address on your account, or from its confirmed contact address, with the subject "Delete my Saypoint account".
We delete the account exactly as the app would, and reply to confirm within 30 days. We can act only on a request sent from one of those two addresses. Any other request gets a reply with the in-app route and no account details, whether or not an account exists.
What is deleted
- Your email addresses: your Google address, your contact address, and any address waiting to be confirmed.
- Your account, its sign-in sessions and its minute balance.
- Your purchase records. Any remaining paid balance is forfeited.
- Your usage records, one per AI run.
- Your promo redemption and gift records.
What is kept, and for how long
- Two one-way hashes, kept after deletion: one of your Google account identifier with the date your free minutes were granted, so a re-created account cannot get them again; and one for each code you redeemed, so the same code cannot be redeemed twice.
- Usage exports, which hold no account identifier, so they are not deleted with your account.
- Backup copies, for up to 35 days. They are never restored for a deleted account.

Deleting your account never touches the notes and recordings on your phone.
